Riva FLV Encoder is a FREE Flash video Encoder. It is capable of coverting AVI and WMV files to flash video. As Flash Video is becoming more and more popular, just like the videos in YouTube are using the Flash Video format. Nearly all browsers with flash player plug-in can view the video, without the need to download and install different players separately.
